Brewing the Beer  The brewing process is a fascinating one, and it's pretty much the same across all breweries. Here's how it works: First, you'll need to make sure you have all your ingredients on hand -- malted grains (usually barley), hops, and yeast. Then you'll grind up those malted grains into flour-like particles called malt.
